And You Thought You Are Doing Nothing

Sometimes your think you’re doing nothing. Not even relaxing. The dialogue in your mind keeps going. And you “should” be doing ….

The simple act of resisting, of showing – and building up – resistance, is doing. It is consuming energy. That’s the act of doing.

Does it mean it produces the foreseen, expected consequences? This is you to decide, however be conscious of your doing. It produces ripples in the physical action, and it produces ripples in the world of consequences.
