Heart-full-ness – fill your heart, and you’ll be quiet.
Full-ness – stay aware of where your full-ness is. Filling you up in the wrong places (and with the wrong ingredients) will not make life easier. It will certainly not fill the gaps and it will certainly inflate the surpluses.
