You are having a secret “relationship” with yourself, something that you do not want “other” people to see. It may be someone from your childhood, however it is linked with shame, shame to be in a relationship. It may be your shame – like your life lesson – or it may be something you took over from someone else, copying it, or wanting to help that person.
You need release the shame, make peace with yourself, love yourself – all your “pieces” – be gentle to yourself and ready to show.
