People fell back to their habits and energy states very soon after having an energy raising technique session, a higher energy infusion and presence. Even when aligned with the Earth’s energy, integrated in the Universe, perfectly matching your latent potential energy, it will not stay forever with you, unless you consciously integrate it in your cells. You may start by consciously acknowledge the changes in your physical body cells, your current emotions and thoughts, mental “health”. You may keep it longer by simply remembering those feelings and thoughts.
It is paramount to increase your vibratory energy, vertically and horizontally continuously. Increase your energy frequency as well as expand your energy fields at all levels. It is paramount to do it consciously and intentionally. You are anyway caught in the permanent energy shift elevated intentionally and consciously by the Earth, the Universe and all the other conscious life beings who has been committed now to higher energy dimension. It is not a matter of “if” ascension, it is a matter of “how” ascension.
Even conscious now, and hopefully intentional, do it with another individual. Integration is fast now and it is important to make it fully and consciously, to be fully in charge with your life and not merely be dragged along, or bagged to the sides.
Continue what you have started. Consciously and Intentionally. Don’t stop at the first encounter – make your commitment to go further and further. Consciously. Intentionally.
