Mother, Father, WHO ARE YOU?

When you eat (too) much, and you act (too) little, there an imbalance between yin and yang, between “mother” and “father”.

The mother is the one who is feeding you: love, physical food, caress, beauty, kindness, tolerance. She helps you survive and keep you going with the “nutrients” that you need to grow up. It may also relate to trust and boldness, security and abundance.

The father is the one to make you for above. You “look up” to your father. He is the “tall” one. He “teaches” you to play, to act, to go up, to grow. To physically grow, like into the physical world

When you grew “too much”, like when the “land” can no longer hold your “branches”, you stop. What can you do? And then you eat (too) much, hoping your roots will get stronger. You you stop doing, you’re just holding. You stop moving.

WHAT IS MAKING YOUR “ROOTS” STRONGER?

To solve your “mother”s issues, you need to be aware what the “nutrients” you’re needing, what the “nutrients” you’re holding, and what are those you are missing. You may solve your “mother” issues, or not, you can only be aware of the things you’re needing and give them to yourself. Being a mother yourself may ease the process.

When you act (too) much, and eat (too) little, there’s the same imbalance, only opposite. Your nervous system will break down. You are so impatient, so eager. You cannot stop. You are trying to grow, the nutrients you are holding does not match your needs to grow, your expectations, your race to your “father”. You want to overpass them.

WHAT IS MAKING YOU NERVOUS?

The action you do are not the appropriate ones. The “nutrients” you have are not used, and the growing you’re doing is not in your best interest. You want to overpass, you are racing them – your father – or you see them as an obstacle. Authority may play a big part.

No matter who you are and what you do, when you eat (too) much and act (too) little, or you do (too) much and eat (too) little, there’s an imbalance of who you are and who you want to be, What is feeding you does no longer support you and the direction you are – consciously or subconsciously – heading to.
