As each and any pain and discomfort has its own inner message with the purpose of turning you into thinking the new positive thoughts, think the new ideas and you are healed – you do no longer need to be reminded.

Instead of using your pain, use another “trigger” like, for example, your calendar, notice app or alarm clock. So simple, until it becomes your new life.
