Don’t tell your kids, your spouse, your friends, yourself: “You are beautiful inside”. There is nothing more dreadful than this. It means you either don’t care too much, or you are a fool indeed. In the best case, it shows your fear. There is no such thing as beautiful on the inside and horrid on the outside. It’s either you are not, or you do not allow yourself to be. Beautiful, I mean.
