Will be gone the moment you love them. Even if you can’t. Love is the energy that transmutes and transports everything. Exactly at the place they are supposed to (based on their free will). It doesn’t matter that you have created them – and yes, you have – loving them will release you from your “responsibility”.
Love everything, that is the place you want to be, creating is simpler, lighter and easier. Recognizable.
(“Monsters” are the things you are resisting. They may be people, places, circumstances, situation, feelings, attitudes, judgments. Shed them with love intentionally – you’ll be propelled to a place where loving is not so that difficult. Allow every other feeling, thought, intention that comes to you in the moment, accept the love you are then feeling. Accept, and feel. Feel the love, and allow more).
