When You Cannot Stand Someone

I know … thaaaat feeeeling!

Remember it’s not about them, it is about you. I know you have every reason, every right! I know. Yet, it’s still about you.

The not standing feeling is so powerful, so strong, you feel rage! Rage against everybody, rage against you.

Say everything you feel you want to say to the person you cannot stand – in a journal, mediatation or just in your head. Actual telling will not help, as it moves your attention away from the cause to the form – not helpful.

Say EVERYTHING, but EVERYTHING you want to say. How stupid, how effortless, how they always get and obtain … EVERYTHING what you feel you have against “them”. You may even reach and touch the “you are …” area, where deeper issues come accross, related to your real wound. The wound that makes you so virulent against “them” in the first place.

When the truth is said – you say the “you are ….” that initially hurt you – you will see your inner child, yourself, suddenly “receiving” that label. You will see your genuine response to that words strongly, revengefully shot at you. For no reason, with no cause. You will feel authentic. You will feel yourself. And you will decide how inappropriate that was, and how you can step away. Feeling free, liberating yourself.

It is really easy. It is profound. It is permanent. The key is to go full length with the process.
